A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is REQUIRED to hold your appointment date. All Sessions must be PAID IN FULL before your session starts. On the day of your session all we want to do is focus on capturing moments and creating memories!
Schedule your shoot at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid any rush fees. Indoor Sessions are $25 more / Indoor Sessions with studio lights and backdrops are $50 more. The Basic Packages is for one (1) person. Collection Packages include 2 looks.
All images are copyrighted by Patrice Cooke, you may not use them for advertising or other revenue producing purposes unless you obtain a photo release. If you choose to purchase a USB flash drive containing full-resolution files of your images, you will receive a print release form that allows you to have the images printed at any location up to a 8x10, larger sizes or canvases must be purchased from OneCallPhotography.com. You may also post them on social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc…) and/or personal websites and blogs.
After your session a link with your images will be available online via your email address within 7 business days of your session date. Please make sure you back images up within 2 weeks. If you require faster turnaround time a rush fee will be applied per image. Prints will be mailed to your address within 3 weeks of your session.
Most Collection Sessions are up to 60 minutes in length. Patrice encourages her clients to understand that sessions are sometimes finished in less time, once enough moments are captured to create the memories to produce a gallery of beautiful proofs.
RESCHEDULE If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. 50% of your session fee is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled session as long as it takes place within 30 days of the canceled session date.

In the interest of fairness to all clients, we are unable to offer special deals or discounts except for occasional promotions. For this reason, please understand that session fees, print prices, and business policies are non-negotiable. Thank you for respecting Patrice's work and livelihood by not requesting fee or session exceptions.
